Malibu started it … and now USA Today reports paper straws are taking over.

But there’s only one company in the nation that makes paper straws.

Aardvark Straws of Fort Wayne, Indiana is the only maker of paper straws in the U.S.

Aardvark is workign 24 hour shifts to make paper straws for California … and the rest of the country … where plastic straws are being phased out as polluting.

Yesterday … Aardvark was sold to the Hoffmaster Group … a bigger company from Wisconsin that makes premium disposable paper napkins and other tableware.
