Divers have recovered the body of  Jennifer Michelle Lorber … the Colorado woman who is believed to have walked into the ocean last Saturday night.

The woman had been suffering from depression … her family was worried about her.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s divers found the remains about 225 yards from the shoreline yesterday at about 9 a.m. yesterday.

A family member confirmed for the coroner’s office that the body found was the missing 30-year-old woman.

Metro is ending train service on the Expo Line at its downtown end.

The train between Santa Monica and downtown … starting tomorrow … will stop and reverse directions just north of U S C.

A bus bridge will be in operation … the two Expo stations downtown and at the Stapes Center will be out of service for about three months.

Tracks between Metro Center and 23rd Street are being replaced … 25 years after being put into service.

The train is popular for westsiders and some Malibu residents to get downtown.

State officials at the fire Debris Removal Operations Center (DROC) in Calabasas have submitted final inspection reports for more than 500 of the 934 properties affected by the Woolsey and Hill fires.

That clears the way for rebuilding to begin for 458 property owners in Los Angeles County and 63 in Ventura County.

55.8 percent of the 934 properties eligible for the state program have now been cleared.

Nearly all of the burned properties in Malibu have been cleared of burned metal, concrete, ash and contaminated soil.
