Fire Chief Agrees To Town Hall In A Furious City

Written by on January 18, 2019

LA County fire Chief Daryl Osby is going to face City full of furious people next weekend … in eight days.

Malibu lost 470 houses when the Los Angeles County fire department was completely overwhelmed by the Woolsey fire.

Residents are still furious that there were virtually no firetrucks in Malibu November 11th.

Residents are still furious that it took 24 to 36 hours to get reinforcements brought in.

And residents are still furious at the memory of seeing firetrucks parked along Pacific Coast Highway as houses burned in Malibu neighborhoods.

Daryl Osby has served as the county fire chief since 2011 … and has been with the Department for more than 30 years.

The fire chief has scheduled a town meeting for one week for Saturday … at 3 P-M at Malibu City Hall.

That’s next Saturday, January 26th … at Malibu city hall .. at 3 P-M.
