Another Carload Of Drugged People, Meth and A Felon With A Gun Parked On PCH

There’s been another drug arrest case on Pacific Coast Highway between Oxnard and Malibu.

Ventura county sheriffs are frequently finding parked cars with people inside using drugs …. Frequently armed people.

The latest arrests came at Sycarmore Cove … on Monday at 8:45 in the morning …

A patrol deputy from the Camarillo station observed a vehicle parked in a no parking zone

The driver … a woman named Alondra Espinoza … appeared to be zonked … under the influence of a controlled substance. 

A man in the front set … Alexis Medellin …. appeared to be having a medical emergency. 

As deputies began first aid … they found he had a loaded handgun. 

All four people in the vehicle were arrested for a variety of crimes including, forgery, being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession for sales of methamphetamine, and being a felon in possession of a loaded handgun.

The driver and two other passengers were cited and released after booking.

The guy with a gun remains in jail.
