The Woolsey Fire has completely overshadowed the major tragedy that happened the day before the fire.

We’re talking of course about the murderous shootings at the Borderline Bar … over the hill in Thousand Oaks.

The Conejo Valley Victims Fund has thus far received more than $2 million in donations to be distributed to those impacted by the deadly tragedy.

The Ventura County Star reports that about one seventh of that amount … 311 thousand dollars …. was distributed in the immediate aftermath of the shooting,.

Families of 12 victims got $20,000 each.

There were 140 people inside the Borderline at the time of the gunman’s rampage.

They each received $500 in prepaid Visa cards.

The remaining 1.8 million dollars will all be distributed by March 1st,
