The Woolsey Fire has drawn its second presidential candidate …

Jay Inslee … the democratic governor of Washington state … toured the Woolsey fire wreckage over the hill … at the decimated Seminole Springs mobile home park … yesterday.

Inslee is running a single issue campaign centered on Global warming.

The presidential candidate looked at the 100 mobile homes that burned down … and said it is absolutely unacceptable to have homes being routinely burned to the ground without the protection of the United States president.

In audio captured by Seattle television station K I N G … Insley spoke with one fire victim.

Inslee took aim at President Donald Trump for for suggesting California could prevent fires by raking its forests.

That … he said … was like “trying to turn back the rising tide with a spoon” … according to an account in the Los Angeles Times.

Insley is one of 12 announced democrats running to unseat Trump.

He has made global warming the centerpiece of his campaign.
