“How about Malibu City Hall … wasn’t there a rodent issue over here???

“Checking your dumpster area … there was filthy gooey trash all over the ground.”

The city council approved enhanced enforcement of the existing city ordinance this year.

By June First … businesses will be required to lock their garbage bins.

And there is talk of fines fro businesses that fail to comply … 500 dollars for the first offense … 1 thousand dollars for the second.

So far … those fines are just under consideration.

But city council members agreed with Poison Free Malibu … that the overflowing commercial trash bins have got to be replaced and then locked.
