“We’ve been hearing that there are some faith-based groups that are deciding that it might make sense for them to plan fpr gatherings with people on the area.”

And I want to remind folds – although it pains me to say so – that we have to find ways to honor our ‘Safter At Home Order.

And to find ways that we can be together emotionally but apart physically.”

Another worry … people are having car parties.

We’ve seen pictures of a group of people having a tailgate party on a hillside up Winding Way West in Malibu … several days ago.

Six or eight cars … tailgates open … a party going on.

Ferrer did not specifically address that Malibu party … but she said gathering in cars is against the law.

“Please cancel any plans gatherings and this includes in person gatherings as well as gatherings in cars. It’s not really safe to do this and we ask you to adhere to the safer at home order which prohibits these activities.”
