‘Pusher’ Arrested At Cher’s Iconic Malibu Mansion

Ventura County sheriffs deputies raised Cher’s mansion on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu … and arrested a man there on drug charges.

Cher was on tour in Australia … and not involved in the case other than being the landlord.

A man identified as Donovan Ruiz was arrested on drug charges.

The 23-year-old man is reportedly the son of one of the singer’s assistants,

Deputies believe Ruiz sold narcotics to a person who died of a drug overdose in Thousand Oaks earlier this month. 

Ruiz was believed to have been selling fentanyl in Ventura and Los Angeles counties.

Detectives seized evidence of sales of illegal controlled substances by Ruiz, according to a news release from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office.

Ruiz was booked on suspicion of furnishing narcotics that caused death.

He is held on $500,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday at Ventura County Superior Court.

The owner of the mansion …. Cherilyn Sarkisian … is currently on tour in Australia.
